Our Professional Staff
Tristan grew up in Waldorf, Maryland, attending North Point High School and John Wesley University in High Point, NC, where he earned a degree in counseling. He loves working with youth athletes and has been at Redline for over a year. Tristan played college soccer with the JWU Lions as a goalkeeper. During his college career, Tristan also played Semi-Pro soccer with the Baltimore Kings. Among many other activities while in college, Tristan helped coach the women’s goalkeepers for two years before becoming the head Goalkeeper coach for both the women’s and men’s teams at Piedmont International University. Tristan hopes to assist as many youth athletes achieve his level of success and more as possible in the future.
Assistant General Manager
Adham is a Springfield native and proud graduate of West Springfield High School. He holds certifications in CSCS, USA Olympic Weightlifting. Adham attended Gallaudet University, where he has been inducted into the Hall of Fame class of 2020. He is considered the most decorated in Gallaudet football history. As a defensive end and captain he led Gallaudet to it’s first conference championship and first ever NCAA playoff berth in school history. His notable accolades include becoming the school’s first ever Gagliardi trophy finalist,
finalist for Cliff Harris Award, and earning All-American recognition five times among many others. Adham went on to suit up for the Seattle Seahawks and Kansas City Chiefs, making him only the fourth deaf player in NFL history. Adham has more than 8 years of coaching experience. He has served as Defensive Line Coach and Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Gallaudet, as well as stints at the Sport & Speed Institute, and Football Strength & Conditioning at The University of Southern California
Director of Sports Performance Training
Hank Biggs comes to Redline after playing four years of Varsity Baseball at the University of Mary Washington. During his sophomore year, he struck out 10 batters in a row completing the 7 innings with 15 strike outs. In his senior year, Hank earned 2nd team All-CAC and 3rd team All-South Region for pitching. During that year, he pitched 3 consecutive complete games and threw the third most divisional innings of 100.1 for the year.
Sports Performance Trainer
Ish Seisay is a proud Springfield native! Ish attended Virginia Tech after graduating! At Virginia Tech he majored and later graduated with a degree in public relations and business leadership. At Tech, Ish also played 3 seasons as the Hokies defensive back on the football team. His junior year he earned a scholarship for his performance both on the field and in the classroom. Ish appeared in 15 games for the Hokies, he was later selected to be a part of the leadership council. He was hand picked by his teammates and coaching staff to be one of the major voices on the football team. Ish also received the Wes Worsham award which is given to players who exceed expectations and surprise everyone with their talent and performance on the field! Along with this award Ish also made the All Atlantic coast conference honor roll team two years in a row!
Sports Performance Trainer
Nate is from Fairfax, VA and graduated from Robinson Secondary as an all conference football player and all region thrower for track and field. Nate was a 3 year captain of the track team and captain of the football team his senior year. At Robinson he won state competitions for his business management skills with Future Business Leaders of America. Nate was also a nationally ranked long snapper coming out of high school. Nate is currently attending Gettysburg College, as a current sophomore, where he is playing football. He plans to graduate with a double major in business and political science. Nate has four years of coaching experience as he coached basketball and football throughout high school. At Robinson Secondary Nate ran the media department where he would live stream and commentate games for the Rams.
